This blog cost me $12.95

Yep.

This is true.

I was so intrigued by this airplane wifi signal that I jumped to the opportunity when they offered it to me.

$12.95.

This is roughly the cost of a burrito and a half from a Chipotle found in Iowa.

See how I tied that one in?

SCIENCE!

Some Science I discovered

Alright,

So I did a little bit of research and found out the following about science and/or Iowa.
  • There isn't a signal in this plane for the wifi, supposedly there are hundreds of satellite signals on the ground that shoot the signal up into the air for Airplanes across the continental U.S.
  • I found out this science from the source... I watched an instructional video by the service carrier GOGO. This is why the wifi won't really work over the water.
  • The science is shown to you through a neat little animation that explains how wifi towers work to complete fucking idiots like myself.
  • Des Moines is a city in Iowa.
Boy. I'm learning so much with this blog!

There's a screaming baby and a screaming woman on this plane

They are both sitting behind me.

The screaming baby screams like this: "WHAAAAAAAAAA! EAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The scraming woman screams like this: "HAHAH! COCKTAILS! THE STEWARDESS IS COMING BACK HERE WITH SOME COCKTAILS AND SNACKS! EAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

I don't know which one I'm more irritated with.

No more updates on how this science works. No more updates on Iowa either.

I'm in a fucking plane!

LOOK AT ME!

This plane has fucking internet... this is blowing my mind right now. I can't figure out how this thing works, but I'm flying probably flying over Iowa or some state right now and my mind is getting completely blown. This blog is going to be your number one resource for hearing about this amazing flight I'm on en route to Vegas, about the miracles of science, and about my search for figuring out how this technology works.

The dude in front of me is really going crazy with his seat right now.

ENJOY!

NOTE: I'm probably no where near Iowa, but I figured this was an easy way to get rid of it in my quest to do blogs on all the states but Ohio.
